Claire and her team offers elevated food, recipes and plant-based wisdom to restaurants, hotels, retreats, and aspiring culinary alchemists globally through food and beverage consulting, online and live culinary courses, bespoke retreats in Europe, South East Asia, the Gulf region, and Africa as well as a product line of adaptogenic and supershroom functional blends called ALCHEMIZE.

Everything she creates is based on over 22 years of experience and expertise in the culinary world, Ayurveda, auto-immune healing, and integrative wellness.
