Claire Sharryn Roberto is a classically trained Cordon Bleu Chef, founder of the internationally acclaimed Claire Sharryn Roberto Restaurant Consultancy and a nutritionist specialising in functional food bridging the gap between culinary alchemy and biology for functional wellbeing.

Chef Claire + her team offers elevated food, recipes + consulting to restaurants, hotels, retreats, event companies, health brands + cafés globally through food + beverage consulting. She is the founder of #cookingwithclaire culinary courses as well as a product line of adaptogenic supershroom functional blends + condiments under the label, ALCHEMIZE.

Chef Claire brings a bespoke service to the market through her way of life as well as through her work. Everything she creates is based on over 24 years of experience and expertise in the culinary world as a chef, + 10 years as a nutritionist specialising in integrative wellness.

Not only does Chef Claire prioritise health + wellness in every aspect of her brand, she also creates everything into an art piece based on her premise of “we eat with our eyes, first”.
