ADAPTOGENIC CHOCOLATE BARK

INGREDIENTS

¼ cup coconut oil

¼ cup plant-based butter

1 cup raw cacao powder

4 teaspoons Alchemize

2 teaspoons chaga powder

2 tbsp pure maple syrup

2 tbsp walnuts, broken into chunks

2 tbsp dried blueberries

1 tbsp goji berry dust

METHOD


1. Place a glass bowl over a pot of simmering water (but don’t let the bottom of the bowl touch the water).

2. Add coconut oil + plant-based butter, allow to melt + stir to combine.

3. Remove bowl from heat + whisk in maple, cacao, Alchemize + chaga.

4. Pour this glorious mixture into an 8-inch baking tin/silicon mould, then scatter over the walnuts, blueberries + goji berry dust.

5. Place carefully in the freezer for 15-20 minutes.

6. Remove bark from the tin/mould by simply flipping it upside down quickly.

7. Break into shards + ENJOY!
